Art > This picture was taken just south and east of the parking area that is south of the arboretum entrance.

Art > Same area as the first photo. I loved the reflections in the water. I also liked the freway ramp in the photo since it draws the eye because it semms out of place. Took this just after sunset.

Art > This photo was taken on the other side of the freeway at the trail that leads out to the island. I like the softness of the walking people that contrasts with the scenery.

Art > This is down near the water edge on the UW side of the freeway. I find it interesting how the Freeway is entwined with the water and marshy areas.

Art > Now, this is the oddest formed tree I have ever seen and it is certainly out of place with the rest of the scenery.

Art > Shot of the walkway onto Marsh Island. (Hope I have the name right!)

Art > I liked this photo because you get a good glimpse of the old boat house east of Husky Stadium.
